HELP!!! Can't access to Contest page and Forum at home PC

Hi techies please help..

I can't access the Contest Page and this forum through my laptop at home.
It is a Window's Vista with IE7.
Have turn off my antivirus' firewall and it still does not work.. anyway to bypass or workaround?

I am having the same problem with my computer I am having to use a proxy to access the forums!

Yeah some one please help.. I can never Smash Pumpkins from my home PC / iPhone.. surprisingly it worked on my office old PC.. but I cant be working there forever man.. please any1.. other than bypass(which doesnt work for Smash Pumpkin)
